DISLODGING AND DECLARING INTERCESSORS UPDATE ON PHASE 2 – May 10, 2009 – 135 Registered Intercessors
Tomorrow morning we begin the first full week of Phase Two Prayer. I’m extremely excited about what is happening. While I know that things are happening on a large scale, coming together in ways that will astound us, many things are happening as well in my life. I’ve felt more of an urgency to pray since we started Phase 2. I’ve had someone who had disappeared from my life contact me about writing songs for my ministry. I’ve been contacted from Chile about someone writing Spanish translations for some of my books. Today, Mother’s Day, I received a short but sweet text message from my youngest daughter (estranged since 2004) wishing me a Happy Mother’s Day. I’ve also received some very encouraging words from other people and I sense God working in many areas of my life. Here are some of the things I’ve heard from other Intercessors.
As I bind my will to the will of God, I find myself being called into prayer for many more people, our country, the people choosing a new nominee to the United States’ Supreme Court, and much more. I’m so happy the Lord can and wants to use me in this way. I’m praying for my neighbors and their children and grandchildren.
Also, I’ve been absorbing your books and reading long, long prayers to Ken. He was attacked last night during his sleep and his feelings of confusion (dementia) were great today. I have not been afraid he would die for a long time, but I was today. So we had a prayer session together and he is better. We are binding ourselves to God’s plans for our lives and loosing the plans of the enemy who obviously doesn’t like it! We know you are praying for us also, and we thank you. I’ve started a card file so I don’t forget to pray for anyone I need to pray for, so I pray for you daily also. I love you and Ken does, too. Today, a copy of your newsletter was on the table. As I was reading the various prayers, Ken pointed to it, and said, “I like her.”
I said, “You like Liberty Savard and her ministry?”
He responded, “Yes, very much. Keep going.” And we shall, too! Ken and Margaret
(Fiona, from England, wrote me several days ago about the ID cards with retinal scans for identification purposes that are finally being issued in England) Liberty: Many thanks for your e-mail about this. I know the issue of these IDs have been on the agenda for some time, but it’s been in the news again recently and a trial of it is being run in Manchester in the fall. My daughter is studying Theology at University and wants to teach religious education, and we had been discussing the matter. The ID plan has worried me for some time, especially if we will not be allowed to buy anything without this ID. This could eventually happen and this would make me think it was definitely the mark of the beast. A lot of people seem to follow like sheep and it would only be the minority that would question such a system. I will continue to do the binding and loosing prayer in the way you suggested. Dear Liberty and Team: Thank you for your daily prayers. Last week was an amazingly challenging week. Physical, mental and family health issues. Monday while driving to work I felt a huge release in my spirit, like someone had instantly flipped a switch. I felt a heaviness leave way to a peaceful awareness. I looked at the clock and realized that you were praying for the Intercessors right then. I laughed out loud with great delight and praised God. This experience showed me how powerfully impacting faithful corporate prayer truly is. As a result, my daily prayers are now spoken with more resolve and confidence that they are accomplishing what God intends.
My car died in February. During the past few months people have lent me their vehicles so I could continue working. This totally goes against my grain, but I know God was using this to teach me obedience and to stretch me in faith. Well, Saturday I received a phone call from my sister in Texas saying that my brother in law was picking up a brand new vehicle and wanted to give me his old one. Wow!! What a breakthrough. Totally unexpected source. Praise Him for the Keys to the Kingdom. Cindy
Hello Liberty, The Lord is truly moving in my area, as well as other parts of the world. I have felt a huge burden lifted off my shoulders as I have been praying with you and the other Intercessors. On Friday, a breakthrough truly happened as I felt the burdens that I had been praying since 1994 for other intercessors to join together in prayer for our world. I’m seeing in the spiritual, as well as the natural, the territorial spirits coming down. I am going to keep praying for the next 30 days, as the Lord showed me some greater things are going to be happening. The Lord says for all of us to keep pressing in and not to give up. Don’t let the enemy rob you by trying to discourage or frustrate you. Shirley in OK
(Lulu of Maui wrote to me Saturday) Liberty, I am not sure what to do, but I just keep on declaring that God is still in control. Hawaii State Legislators have declared Sept. 24 to be celebrated as Islam Day. I have lost a real estate deal because an American client feels that she cannot support a place that supports enemies of our country.
(I responded) Lulu: Keep praying the DISLODGING AND DECLARING prayers. Declare that God is in control and that He is using everything He is allowing man to do. Keep loosing the effects and influences of all wrong agreements - from the man on the street all the way up through the top Legislators. This might sound strange, but don’t let this upset you. As long as you are praying in agreement with God, He is going to work His plans through what He is allowing to happen in your Legislation. Keep thanking Him for that. Keep thanking Him for what He is doing in your business. Every Monday through Friday morning, we are praying for all of you (by individual name) that God is perfecting that which concerns you which includes your job and your finances and your State Legislature. I have felt a difference in this Phase Two praying. I have felt a bit more urgency to my prayers. That is exciting. I prayed in agreement with you today. Liberty
My husband suddenly passed away on May 4th. He appreciated you very much. He was in a rehab facility for the therapy after a surgery. The book he was reading during the sojourn in the center was Shattering Your Strongholds. He was being so blessed with your revelations and finding agreement with you. I had shared with him the essence and core revelations many years prior and we both have been praying binding and loosing prayers for some time, but this was his own discovery in your book, and it was glorious. The day he died, we had spent 3 hours talking about the Lord and praying together, and he particularly was sharing some very deep things God was dealing with in his heart and life because of what he was reading. It had been a hard and healing and wonderful time – all at once. It was as if God had him “come clean” before he made the eternal trip. How awesome!! J. in AZ

Always remember what I wrote to Lulu above: God is using (for good) everything He is allowing man to do (in spite of how bad it seems). We need to keep thanking Him for everything He is doing behind the scenes.
I have been a Christian since 1971 or 1972, I’m not sure which. I remember being so irritated with older Christian saints who would reply to my confusion and distress over why God wouldn’t answer my prayers. So many of the older saints would say, “Just praise the Lord and you’ll feel better.” All that seemed to do was make me mad. But now I see that it really is the right thing to do, both because we should always thank God for what He does, and because it distracts our souls from worrying and feeling stressed. You cannot worry and stress when you sincerely thanking God and praising Him for what He has done and is currently doing and is going to do.

Liberty, I am loving this Prayer Outreach and trust we can continue as I am sure that this corporate prayer is making a huge difference not only in us as intercessors but even around the world in people who are not praying. Thanks so much for your prayers and the prayers of your staff. What a privilege to know that you all take us before the Lord. I pray that your health with totally improve this year.
